New Mobile Banking Experience Coming Soon

We’ve got a completely new mobile banking experience coming soon! Our new mobile app will offer:

  • Fast and secure fingerprint login
  • Quick View access to your account details saving you time
  • A sleek and functional design with the ability to customize

These enhancements, along with standard mobile banking functions like Mobile Check Deposit, BillPay and the ability to easily transfer funds to and from your accounts, will make managing your finances on your phone both convenient and fun!

You’ll also be able to set up and manage alerts, send us secure messages and easily find branches and ATMs near you using your phone’s GPS.

When the new app is launched, it will be available for download on the App Store® and Google Play™ for customers who have an iPhone® or Android™ device.

Taking advantage of the optimized mobile app will be simple. If you haven’t already, you can enroll in online banking with an associate to receive a username and password. Once the app is released, you can download it for free from your phone’s application store and log in using those credentials. Your first login can be directly from the new app.

Current mobile banking customers will be able to download the new app and log in using the same username and password they have always used.

Please note that while we will still offer our previous mobile banking app, now referred to as Arvest Classic, it will not be further updated or modified with new features. The new app will be updated regularly with new features and functionality.

Arvest to Arvest Transfers Now Here

Now you can make a transfer from one eligible Arvest consumer account to another customer’s eligible Arvest account in a few simple steps! 

From the Online Banking with BlueIQ™ Dashboard:

 

  • Select ‘Transfer Now’
  • Select ‘Another Arvest checking account (Arvest to Arvest)’
  • Enter the recipient last name (if sending funds to a business, enter the last name of a signer on the account), the recipient checking account and the dollar amount
  • Choose the ‘From’ account
  • Select ‘Preview’
  • Select ‘Confirm’ 

It’s that easy! 

Keep these guidelines in mind to determine if your transfer will be successful:

 

  • The ‘To’ account must be an Arvest consumer checking or Money Market account or a business checking or Money Market account.
  • The ‘From’ account must be an Arvest consumer checking or Money Market account.
  • The ‘To’ and ‘From’ accounts must be open at least 30 calendar days and must not currently be overdrawn past their overdraft limit.
  • Last name and account number of ‘To’ account must exactly match our records.
  • Funds must be available in the funding account. The amount available includes your overdraft limit. If the amount of the transfer exceeds your account balance, the remainder of the transfer will cause your account to overdraft, and you will be charged an overdraft fee. 

Here are a few more helpful details:

 

  • Availability: Transfers are immediate and recipients have immediate access to the transferred funds when made by Arvest’s 8 p.m. cut-off time. Transfers made after 8 p.m. will be available the next business day.
  • Fees: There is no fee to make an Arvest to Arvest Transfer. However, fees can result under certain circumstances. You will be charged a fee when:
    • The amount of the transfer exceeds your checking or Money Market account available balance.
    • You exceed the monthly transaction limit (6) when you make a transfer from your Money Market account.
  •  Business Day Limits: Customers may transfer up to $2,500 per online banking ID per business day from an eligible Arvest consumer checking or Money Market account to an eligible Arvest consumer checking or Money Market account or business checking or Money Market account. The limit for Private Banking customers is $5,000 per online banking ID per business day.

Developed by From Now On, an Omaha, Neb.-based emerging player in mobile app technology, the apps are branded for many of the universities, colleges and high schools within our footprint and are provided at no cost to the fans! The gameday experience apps are designed to enhance your fan experience and promote engagement.

Each school’s app—based off the FanX platform—features team info, event schedules, live stats, scores, stadium maps, personalized notifications and much more.

We’re Making Improvements to Online Banking with BlueIQ™

We want to assure you that your feedback has been heard, and we are working to make improvements to Online Banking with BlueIQ™. Enhancements and fixes will be rolling out over the next several months. Many changes will take some time to implement, so watch for further updates in coming months. In the meantime we’ve released some of these enhancements today.  

Categorization – Automatic transaction categorization for new transactions has been improved, resulting in more accurate descriptions applied to new transactions. We still offer the ability to customize your transaction categories. Please note, today’s improvements to automatic transaction categorization will not change your customized transaction categories or previously categorized transactions. 
 
Naming Transactions – In addition to customizing transaction categories, you can also choose to customize the name of a transaction. We have made some enhancements to better match renaming rules you have created.

Transaction Descriptions – Additional details will be provided in the transaction description. Today’s improvements to transaction descriptions will only apply to transactions going forward.

Account Links – Account names on the dashboard are now underlined as a reminder they are clickable links. Clicking on these links takes you to that account’s detailed transactions, which includes your running balance.

Goal Setting – When you’re setting goals on the planning tab, you can now indicate the rate of return in a fraction of a percent (e.g., 0.25 percent) and not just a whole number. This should help you more accurately match interest rates for an Arvest account you have assigned to a goal.

Other new enhancements to Online Banking with BlueIQ™ include:
  • Recurring transfers involving closed accounts will automatically cancel.   
  • Alerts can now be filtered by payment alerts, in addition to the other filter options.
  • Other bugs have been fixed.
Many more enhancements you have suggested are scheduled for future releases. Please continue to watch for communication on the blog and within Online Banking with BlueIQ™ as additional changes and updates are implemented.

In addition to standard online banking functions, our upgraded system includes easy-to-use personal money management tools to help track your spending, set savings goals and streamline household financial management.
